2. Service Description
The M-Mart Portal Supplier provides:

- Ability to download and review documents in PDF format.
3. System Access
Suppliers can create accounts with secure credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access codes. M-Mart is not liable for losses due to misuse or negligence. We may suspend access if misuse is detected.
Ensure your software is compatible with the portal. You may download and print documents as permitted by this agreement.
4. Data Privacy

The M-Mart name, logo, and portal content are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited without written consent.
7. Liability
M-Mart is not responsible for network issues, data loss, or technical errors caused by external factors. We strive to secure the portal but are not liable for damages from its use or discontinuation. Obligations may be suspended during force majeure events without compensation.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Indonesian law. Disputes will be resolved through consultation or, if necessary, in Indonesian courts.
